Cannot change the theme

    I have 2 domains in wordpress and with one I can customize ok but with the other one I cannot change the theme. What happens is, when I choose the theme, in the preview, the font and colour of the theme is reflected but the layout of the theme is still the same as the old theme. It is really bizarre. Could anyone help me and tell me how I can solve this problem? Many thanks!

    What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?

    And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
