Cannot change website header text, css, style

Hi, for some reasons, I think my wordpress website’s php or css code is messed up. It is currently online. I cannot afford to let the website like that anymore.
Here is my situation:
My website’s title doesn’t wanna change size, style etc. Like if there is a code preventing it. And, its seems like there is a margin or a padding value restraining the text to expand for no valuable reasons. I tried by the best knowledge of mine but cannot continu. I Need Help someone! -

right now i am trying to just put a header instead. Becaus etext is sticking to left portion of header…. dunno why got damit
