Cannot check out with paypal

  Hi, I have available funds in my paypal account. I upgraded my plan and paid via paypal but it won’t checkout. It doesn’t say also what’s wrong. Please help, thank you!

  I see that a couple of weeks ago you used PayPal to purchase a plan and then you canceled it. Do you want to purchase a new plan now?

  It appears that the payment is being forwarded to PayPal but then fails on their end. Please contact PayPal and see if they can give you more information on why they cannot process the payment.

  when I click on checkout, it says “we’re sending you back to wordpress to complete this transaction”

  The Billing team checked your account and informed me that this is not an issue on our end. The error message we get in our logs clearly states that there’s an issue on PayPal’s end when they process your payment.

  Please contact PayPal directly as I suggested in my previous reply.
