  I cannot close my account. It says to contact customer service and now I cannot contact customer service.

  Did you already check all your purchases were deleted, https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi wheresjulesy,

  There is a currently a premium theme active on wheresjulesy.wordpress.com. That shouldn’t prevent your account being closed (and the site deleted) but it’s the only possible cause I can see at the moment. I’ve removed it so please try closing your account again:
