Cannot close account because email address on file is old and cannot be accessed

I would like to delete all my blogs but it requires email confirmation; the email on file is an old email address and I cannot access it to confirm.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
