Cannot comment on other people's blogs

For the past week or so I have been unable to comment on other people’s blogs. At first, I would write a comment, but the comment would simply not show up. But now I cannot even see the comment sections on their pages at all.
I have tried it on my netbook (using IE and Firefox), as well as on my Phone (Android with Google Chrome). But there really is no difference.
I cannot imagine being banned from commenting as I do not follow or comment on that many blogs and all of them have been kind and positive.
Can you guys help me to figure this out?

Hello, there are a number of people reporting this issue, so it’s not just you and Staff have been alerted.
Are you trying to leave a comment from within the Reader or directly on someone’s site?
Do you receive an error message? If so, what is it?

Ah well I am glad to hear that it is not just me.
I try to leave one directly on the website or in the reader. It does not make a difference. It acts as if it is posting the comment, but it doesn’t. I do not get an error message. -

There was a problem leaving comments in the Reader which has been fixed now, but that issue would have had no effect on your ability to comment directly on someone’s site. Can you please give me a link to a post where you recently tried to leave a comment?
