Cannot comment on WP.com site even when logged in

  This is the second query that I have put in about not being able to comment on a WP.com site even when I am logged in. I am prompted to log in and even when I do repeatedly both on the page and off the message “you must be logged in to comment” appears.
  What gives?

  Sorry for the trouble! Do you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser? You can visit this page and look at the “Checking your browser…” section at the top of the page to check that: Preview Problems and Third Party Cookies

  If not, you’ll need to enable third-party cookies in your browser — they keep you logged in as you visit various WordPress.com sites. That same page has more details about how to enable those.

  If those third-party cookies are enabled, and you still aren’t able to comment, can you send me a link to a specific post where you tried to comment and couldn’t? That’ll help me investigate this further.

  Thanks for the heads up – recently upgraded to Yosemite and have had to go and recheck every preference for everything…
