Cannot complete checkout

  Losing business because when trying to checkout, the page just reloads and goes nowhere. It was working a few days ago and suddenly stopped.

  Need help asap if anyone is available. Thanks so much!

  That site is no hosted by WordPress.COM. You pay godaddy to host it.

  You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site at http://wahmaddict.com/ because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it to access the blog’s dashboard and > Store > My Upgrades

  Hi there,

  The site http://thewahmaddict.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, using the free software from WordPress.org. (That’s different from sites hosted here at WordPress.com.) You’ll see that site when you log in to your WordPress.com account because it’s linked to WordPress.com with Jetpack.

  The support staff here at WordPress.com can help with any trouble you’re having with the Jetpack plugin, but we don’t have the tools and access to help with other issues on self-hosted sites. I’d recommend posting in the WordPress.org forums for more help with the rest of your site.
