Cannot complete my new account set up.

  Can you help. I’m struggling to complete the full set up of my new account today.
  I’m stuck on the section on the Site Checklist.
  I’m absolutely stuck on the part called “Personalize your Contact Page.”
  I can’t even seem to be able to type anything in to the boxes with the suggested fonts. ( it says Name, e-mail & Comment……Who is the Comment for?)

  I’m actually looking now for the Account Delete option as I ca not get past the Site Checklist Page.
