cannot connect my post with facebook

    i click on the post , go to sharing, choose facebook, choose, connect and the error message appears, I haven’t set up the account, well I did, pls help

    Hi there, I tested from my computer and was able to share your latest post by going to the post page and clicking on the Facebook share button at the bottom. That sounds like how you were trying to share it also, correct?

    Are you trying to share from your computer, or from a mobile device? Also, which browser were you using?

    Is that message coming up once the Facebook screen appears for you to log in and/or share the post?

    If you can respond to the above and let us know, we can look into this further for you.

    One thing you may wish to try is to log out of WordPress and Facebook and then clear your browser cache and cookies and then log back in and try to share a post again.

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    Another suggestion is to try a different browser and let us know how that goes to determine if it is browser related.
