cannot connect paypal

    Hi, I can’t connect my Paypal account. It says – We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.

    This is beyond what we can assist with in a public forum, our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
