Cannot connect Printful to WooCommerce

    Reached out to Printful support, they said the only thing they could think of is that we have some sort of security app preventing the integration of Printful to WooCommerce but to my knowledge that’s not the case.

    Error Code:
    Error: Could not connect to Printful API. Please try again later. (Error 403: Only WooCommerce stores with plugin version 2.0.7 or newer are allowed to make API requests. If you’re still seeing this error message after updating the plugin to 2.0.7, please press ‘Refresh data’ in the synced product view on Printful.)

    WooCommerce is up to date and as far as I can tell everything is set to the right thing.

    I tried to just uninstall and reinstall the Printful plugin but that was unsuccessful.

    I followed the integration instructions on the Printful website as well but still no luck.

    Hello

    Could you please confirm you are referring to this plugin://wordpress.org/plugins/printful-shipping-for-woocommerce/ and you are using the latest version of it.

    Also please share your site URL in question so we can guide you in the right direction.

    Hi there,

    We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t house your site on our managed WordPress.com hosting service. Your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com, and because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    The good news however is that you can find help for the variant of WordPress that Bluehost uses, and will be able to get some troubleshooting help here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    Also you may want to try to deactivate all plugins (except WooCommerce and your Printful plugin) and see if you can get things to work. If you can, then proceed to re-activate your plugins one at a time until you start getting errors again. When you do it will be due to a conflict with the last plugin you activated and give you some idea of where the issue is originating from.
