cannot connect to my blog

    Hi, I created a blog – iwgchina – which I cannot log in to anymore. I cannot find why, either.

    My user name was iwgchina and the password was [removed]

    This is the second email I am sending you regarding this matter and still no answer.. Help please?

    Hi there,

    That name “iwgchina” does not show up in our system. What is the URL of the blog you are trying to regain access to? I can probably trace back the username from there.

    Also, please don’t post your account passwords online… that is a good way to get your accounts hacked. See Selecting a Strong Password for more info on choosing stro

    Hi there,

    Yep, looks like you have two user accounts, which you may have created by mistake.

    iwgchina.wordpress.com is under a different user account than the one you are contacting support from, so you will need to log in under the correct account to see that site.

    I have emailed you directly at the email address for the other account so hopefully you set that account to use a valid email. Please check your inbox (and possibly spam folder) for any email addresses you think you may have used in the past.
