  Why can’t I reach a “happiness engineer” to help me? I’ve typed my question into the community forum over and over, but cannot get answers.

  I still am having trouble. Two friends told me they left a comment on today’s post and I am seeing an e-mail with their comment. In the past I would get an e-mail saying “please approve…” but I’m not getting that. I’ve looked in comments on my dashboard and there are no pending comments. I’m really sorry to be so dense, but have no idea why they are not showing up or waiting for approval. Thanks.
