Cannot Contact 'Happiness Engineer'

  Hi everyone,

  I just purchased a plan that allows me to speak to a ‘happiness engineer’ however when I get to the contact page an error occurs and I see a message saying:

  Loading contact form
  Loading contact form
  Loading contact form

  Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and use the live chat support feature?

  Hey there,

  Have you tried a different browser to see if the same loading problem persists? If not, then you will need to clear the cache on your current browser.
