Cannot contact support

  While trying to contact the support staff WP, there is a short message they will be back on 15 th Aug, but today is 16 Aug and they are not back. Will they be back ? I still wonder what is the reason for being closed out from the Forum, as soon as I am sending a question, it is published but closed down. This happens on another site which I am authoring too.

  Is Timethief staff member ?
  The question I have is as I said: I am automatically blocked out from Forum questions from another account

  What is the other account you are being blocked from the forums?
  Please provide a link, starting with http://

  (raincoaster, timethief, and I are all volunteers, not staff: we can not say when staff will be back, nor do we know when they will be checking forum threads)
