  BTW, it isn’t a “next screen.” It’s the same, but with additional information below what you see when you first go to the contact page. If you scroll down, click “no,” then there should be additional information that appears below that, including the contact form.

  And if you enter a search term which brings up no results, you get the contact form immediately.
