Cannot contact support ("I didn't find the right answer." button not working)
-
“I didn’t find the right answer.” button is not working at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
I tested it with latest Chrome, Firefox and IE browser in Windows 7 64-bit.

I would like to contact support via email or contact form, and I assume it is only possible by clicking the button?
-
If you don’t trust the volunteers in the forum, and you don’t have a paid upgrade that gives you access to the staff forum, then you will have to email support at wordpress.com and wait for an answer.

Domain mapping page says that in order to delete a mapped domain, one has to contact support – and I couldn’t find a way to do that.
I’ll send email to the address you provided, thanks.
-
I have flagged this for the staff to help you to delete the mapped domain
To help the staff – exactly which mapped domain do you want to delete and do you want the domain mapping deleted only (not the domain name itself)?
-
Yes, there are two mapped domains on your account. Please let us know which one, and we’ll take care of it for you.
-
Actually, can you please rename vincitteatime.fi domain to http://www.vincitteatime.fi? Thank you!
P.s. Now the support page buttons work, seems there was some kind of a glitch
-
We actually strip out the www. for your convenience, and http://www.vincitteatime.fi will always redirect to vincitteatime.fi (as soon as its name servers are properly directed to us, of course).
www is an old protocol from back when everything was under separate server hardware. www (www.example.com) was the web server, mail (mail.example.com) was the mail server, ftp (ftp.example.com) was the FTP server, print (print.example.com) was the print server, etc.
These days, everything is run under the web server, making www. redundant and a waste of four characters.
