Cannot contact WordPress!!

I need to get an email address to contact WordPress. I cannot do this unless I log in and have a Premium Account. The reason I want to contact them is because I have a Premium Account (not this one, a work-related one) that I want to cancel. I cannot remember the password. I no longer have the email address that the account links to so it’s pointless requesting a password reset. So at the moment I am paying WordPress annually for domain mapping I no longer need. Can anyone help? All I want is an email address…

‘The blog I need help with’ is NOT this blog. I have no idea why the last sentence appeared. Why did this appear? If I’d wanted it there I would have put it there.

It appears automatically so we don’t waste time answering questions from bloggers who do not have WP.com blogs.

You DID put it there because there’s a drop down menu when you post a question here that says “I need help with this blog” and you didn’t choose a different blog, so the primary blog is what gets displayed.

It will be easier for staff to help you if you let them know what blog of the 35 million here you ARE referring to.

The email address, which has a several week turnaround time, is support at wordpress dot com.

If I get an email address I can then contact them. Thanks for the tips above. Much appreciated.

I have the same problem! I have a paid premium account that doesn’t show up anywhere. I had to create a new site and now it won’t let me contact anyone unless I upgrade it too! I can’t seem to contact anyone at wordpress to help. All I get is being redirected back to forums with no useful information.

Site I need help with is booktreasuretrove.wordpress.

I am so close to deleting my account and never using wordpress again!

Hey Jenny,

The Premium bundle you purchased for booktreasuretrove.wordpress.com is actually under a different user account. You’ll need to login under that user account to access the site and use the bundle. Do you remember your other account information?

Okay, I’ll try this, although I would have MUCH preferred an EMAIL ADDRESS for support (What the heck is so hard about THAT?!).
I received in my in inbox today almost 30 very close to identical emails from wordpress. The subject on EVERY ONE was “[tirkwilder.com – talkintirkey.com] New User Registration”. The following is an example of the text of these:
“New user registration on your site tirkwilder.com – talkintirkey.com:

Username: transportstyks

E-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)”
Each had a different username and email. This one is a randomly chosen example.
What IS this? What is going on? Why don’t you have an email address that people can contact you directly?
