Cannot contact WP privately.

I pay for upgrades and am unable to contact WP directly. When I go to “support” from my dashboard, it leads me to a page and the ONLY option I have is to “ask the community for support.”
I have cleared my cache and cookies. I would like a response from someone who can help me please. How do I contact WP directly?

Just to be clear — you are saying that eventually I will be able to contact Support, directly, when I have an issue — yes or no?
I pay for upgrades so it’s my understanding I have that option. So when you say “the form will work again,” I take it to mean that I will be able to contact WP DIRECTLY, is that correct? yes or no?
Also, I’ve had several followers who tell me my blog is not showing up in their reader. Why? Yes, they are subscribed to my blog, have been for a long time.
Yesterday, I had issues with when I drafted a post, the revisions not “sticking” despite the fact I would save the draft. It does not auto-save. After going through several lengthy, complicated instructions from a member on this forum, it appears that now I’m having other issues.
So, if you could be so kind as to:
1. Answer the question I’ve asked you about being able to contact WP directly…
2. Why my blog is not showing up in the reader, and
3. Why draft posts are not being auto-saved.Thank you.

- Correct, you’ll be able to contact support directly again soon via the same form later this week. We temporarily limited incoming direct requests to folks with very recent purchases for a few days (from Friday until Wednesday) since much of the team is/was in travel.
- In the Reader, we limit posts from displaying via tags to posts with under 15 tags/categories total. More on this is at http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics . For posts that have under 15 total categories and tags, they’ll appear when folks view all posts for that particular tag/category. For users who are following you directly, your blog should still appear in their Readers. I followed you and confirmed it does appear: https://cloudup.com/cj8E6WZrpjj
- For the drafts, I’m researching this issue more. How you seeing the same experience if using a different browser and/or a different computer?

Thank you for replying. That’s good to hear. I saw that you followed me. I don’t know other than what I’ve written to you about and what others who’ve followed me have told me. They said my post did not appear in their reader. Really, they did.
The users that are following me directly — my blog DID NOT appear in their reader. So whether it should or not, it didn’t. I’ve had many others tell me they experience this on a regular basis which is why I’m bringing to your attention.
I really appreciate your taking the time to research this. I’ll check back with you once I’m able to do this on a private platform which, according to you, should be tomorrow.

It is not internet explorer browser.
