cannot copy and paste award icons to my post

This has been happening on and off for a few months now. Currently I am unable to copy and paste award icons. I click on “copy” on the award icon, but it will not paste. “Paste” is gray. I tried posting this a few minutes ago but as soon as I tried adding tags, the whole thing disappeared.

‘Awards’ for what? From where?
Is there any code associated with them that might be blocked?
