cannot create a blog

  When i go to the sign in page to create a blog nothing happens. I cannot type anything in the fields provided. What am i missing? Heelp!

  After logging in to home page there is an area that says sign up. After clicking on sign up a window opens asking for the information to create a blog. When I try to type in the fields provided nothing happens -no response

  When i say home page i am referring to WordPress.com-Express yourself.Start a blog. After i enter my username and password, i am taken to the page that shows Your dashboard/Register a blog – on the left of the page. When i click on Register a blog or Features a screen appears that requires Blog Domain/Blog Title/Language/Privacy/Create a blog. I am unable to type anything in those fields. Nothing happens when i try to type in the information.

  What browser are you using? Are you aware that the box for the domain name has the cursor to the right side?

  I’m using Windows Internet Explorer. The cursor is now responding on Blog Title but not on Blog domain so i still cannot create a Blog Domain
