Cannot create a new site

  I’m trying to create a new site and add it to my already exiting one. I go through all the steps but when it comes to selecting the site type (after I’ve chosen a name) the option to select said option is unavailable. I can see the option (greyed out) but I can’t click on it (or anything) to finish the set up.

  I’m on the free plan. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

  Hi –

  Are you trying to add a custom domain? One without the .wordpress.com portion in the address?
