Cannot create a new site

I had a previous account that I have deleted, yet whenever I try to create a new site with my new account I get the following message:
We’re unable to show you new site domain suggestions as one or more of your sites has been suspended from WordPress.com. Please contact our support team to find out why. Can someone help me? -
It sounds like your new account has been automatically flagged by the system because it’s linked to your previous account’s history. When a site is suspended, WordPress.com often blocks the user’s IP or email ‘footprint’ from creating new sites until the original issue is cleared up.Since you’ve already deleted the old account, you can’t fix this yourself. You need to send a direct message to the WordPress.com Terms of Service (ToS) team.You can reach them by opening a ticket at wordpress.com/help/contact or by emailing (email visible only to moderators and staff). They are the only ones who can manually clear the ‘suspended’ flag from your identity.

If your WordPress.com site has been suspended due to a possible violation of our Terms of Service, please review the Terms of Service and submit the suspended site form here:

If you’ve already submitted the form, you’ll need to wait for their reply. Forum staff are unable to assist with suspended sites.
