CANNOT create a new user/blog or just a new user

  I started a topic on this before I went to bed last night but can’t find it now to update it that this is still a problem.

  If I try to create a user w/o a blog, it hangs. If I try to create a new user and a new blog, it hangs. I pick either the option of creating the new blog or the $99 upgrade. On the latter, it takes me to the screen to choose paypal then hangs.

  Is this being worked on? I’m sure wordpress.com admins would notice that no new users or blogs are being created or is this something isolated to me?

  **** Interesting…. I allowed WP to generate the password and it worked. Apparently there must have been an issue with the password I was using but I would get no error message it would just hang.
