cannot create blog

  I am trying to create a blog but I can’t get past the submission stage. I fill in the info, click Sign Up, it tells me to Please Try Again! I go back, re-fill in the deets and try again, and again, and again.
  Is this OK?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
