Cannot create new blog

  When I try to create a new blog, the spinning wheel appears next to the requested url window, with the word “Checking” displayed.

  This continues indefinitely. If I still click the “Create blog” button, I get an error message.

  No, in France. A friend did it from her PC and ISP and it worked. But it’s still odd.
