Cannot create new password – old email

    I need to log in to the following website:

    https://meadowfoods.com

    WordPress is telling me that the password for the account is incorrect (even though it hasn’t been changed). I cannot change the password as I work for a marketing agency and the linked email for this account goes to an email address for someone who no longer works here, and it is not coming through to the forwarding address either.

    Please help!

    Hi @scarletttestweb, actually, this site doesn’t appear to be on our WordPress.com servers. These forums are for sites managed here at WordPress.com .

    Have you tried contacting your hosting provider? Once you have access to your server, these instructions from WordPress.org can help you regain access to your account:

    There are several options listed there — just choose the one that seems to fit you best and be sure you’re using backups, etc, just in case. If you need more help, again, your host might be able to help you, or you can find it at wordpress.org/support .
