Cannot create new site in Safari or Chrome

  The home page just gets stuck on step 1 of 6. It asks what theme I want, I select Art, and nothing happens. I select other it lets me type a theme and then again nothing happens. Every button is dead, so… I’m unable to do pretty much anything!

  Not entirely clear why this is happening.
