Cannot create site

  After I select a theme, then select a free domain name an error pops up, ‘an active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.’ This is preventing me from creating a site. Anyway to fix this?

  Have you tried using a different browser and seeing if you still get the same error?

  Yes. Tried Safari and Chrome. Also cleared the cache and history.

  Were you logged in or out when you tried clearing cache/cookies? I would encourage you to be completely logged out before clearing.

  I logged out then cleared cache/cookies. Still didn’t work.

  Tried using the free url marsclassroomblog.wordpress.com

  Anymore ideas?
