Cannot customise theme

  I have been youtubing and googling how to customize​ the ​theme on WordPress​ but everyone seems to have a different DASHBOARD on the left panel than mine. Mine is a super simplified one and even after downloading several themes it doesn’t appear to show.

  Have you consulted the Customize support page?

  If you have one site on the account, then you’ll find the Customize (aka “Customizer”) page for the site at My Site > Design > Customize. The address (URL) of that page will be https://wordpress.com/customize/ecoreddot.wordpress.com.
