cannot customize my theme

  I am having problems customizing my theme. It won’t take any of the changes I want to make header and colors that are supported by the theme. It won’t even let me add my menu. Everything was working fine this morning. I don’t know what happened between then and now. I have tried various themes, and none of them work. I have tried on Chrome and IE to make the changes. I have cleared my cache and browsing history. I don’t know why it won’t let me save and publish the changes. So frustrating!
