Cannot Customize; will not save my changes

Hello. I’m about to give up on WordPress altogether, because I have spent hours working on the look of my site, and it NEVER saves, says it’s saving and never stops saving. I finally have to get out of that mode, only to find that nothing ever did save and my blog looks as drab and two-toned and boring as typewriter print on white paper. I have a course to plan for, one in which I have never taught before and I just do not have time to figure this out. It used to be easy; I have about a dozen blogs on wordpress, most of which I use with my classes. I need this stuff to be as easy as it used to be, efficient, and effective. Otherwise, I will just go to a new blog program.

Are you aware that the Customizer is only a FREE PREVIEW of what you can do with the paid Custom Design upgrade? You won’t be able to implement all the changes you can make on it without the upgrade.
