  I made a comment on:

  and when I follow the instruction from the “enable and disable comments” it’s extremely frustrating because I can’t find any of the things they suggest.

  You cannot delete comments you made on someone else’s site.

  You can control which comments appear on your own site, but if you comment on another person’s blog, then it is up to the owner of that blog to keep or to delete any comments. You could contact the blog owner to ask that your comment be deleted, but keep in mind that it is a decision that person makes. He or she may honor your request, or not.
