cannot delete account

  I’ve tried multiple times to delete my account, always to be met with the message ‘Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.’
  ..Since there appears to be no option to contact support directly, I’ll post here.

  I realize now that my attempt years ago to delete the account reached this same verdict without my knowing, so I’ve been charged multiple times that have flown under my radar. I’m more than hoping that this can be resolved so I’m no longer charged in the future. Compensation for years past would be appreciated considering I did everything I could to deactivate. Baffled that I’m met with the same issue years later.

  Thanks for writing to us. Looking at the account I can see that you’ve processed a chargeback through your bank provider for the renewal on 2022-11-12. The account is not able to be closed out with any sort of pending process in place. Chargebacks take a long time to resolve (months).
  
  If you can talk to the bank provider and ask then to remove the chargeback our team will be able to process your refund, and then we can help you close the account for good.
