cannot delete blog

I keep trying to delete a blog and it is fine until it says, we have sent you an email….you’re blog won’t be deleted until you follow that link…but I never get the email…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of the blog you want to delete. Post it here. Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. We were typing at the same time. Thanks for that URL. It seems that the username account and associated address for that blog is https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/dablog and not the one you are logged in under now. You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete it.

I just posted the url…http://dablog.wordpress.com and I have already checked for spam…not there.

Please check your email client under the email address that is associated with this account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/dablog and wait for Staff to help you if you do not find the email there.

the administrator is spiritmeadow, the exact same as on all my blogs…again…you are not offering any help…

Thanks for confirming that. If indeed the username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/dablog registered the blog with the matching URL http://dablog.wordpress.com/ under the email address associated with that username account, and if the https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/spiritmeadow username account has the same email address then that might be the cause of the issue. One unique email address per username account is what’s specified.

I’ll wait, but I really don’t understand your explanation. I have only one account for all my blogs…I’ve changed the email address once when we moved but that is all. All my accounts should be the same…One usename…spiritmeadow, one email…only my main account, http://afeatheradrift has 2 administrators…the rest have only me. But as you say, I will wait…It’s not that big a deal, just trying to end the clutter on my home page by getting rid of blogs I no longer use.
