Cannot delete blog

When I go to my dashboard and under my blogs, I have 5 blogs with 5 different addresses. 1 of them is a domain upgrade to a .com.
However I tried to delete one of the .wordpress.com blogs and it says:Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.
If you do not want to use your site any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the site but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.
that blog is not mapped or directed to my domain upgrade. I want to delete that as it is messing up my search engine ranking.
Also how can I make 2 of the .wordpress.com blogs private?

Note that canceling a domain (foodtrition.net) means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere.
