I cannot go to Tools-> in my dashboard, the site does not exist. . .there is an error with the URL. I already have a static site at: http://www.bestchoicehealthcareproducts.com and simply wanted to setup a few blogs related to different aspects of Senior’s exercise issues.

That is not a free hosted WordPress>COM blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I reiterate. . .I cannot delete the URL that I setup so that I can start fresh. I have a membership with wordpress.com & wordpress.org. . .THIS is the acct thai I was referring to.

“serpensluminous.wordpress.com doesn’t exist”. . .I hope not, I wouldn’t have set that up. I was trying to set up a blog that I could associate with my site, “http://www.bestchoicehealthcareproducts.com” and made an error in the process that I was unable to correct. That was what I was referring to. Should I just terminate the account and try again?
