Cannot Delete Image & Parent Pages

  I am using the Edin Theme and have removed all media from my library, yet an image continues to appear as a header image at the top of my website when I preview pages. When I check background there are no images there. It is not a Featured Image either.
  Why is this happening and how do I delete it?

  Under Page Attributes, there is no option to create parent pages. How do I create parent and child pages?

  I have not. I switched to the Responsive Theme, but I don’t like it as much.
