Cannot Delete Items

  I recently upgraded to new 2.0.3 release of WordPress. Since the upgrade, I am no longer able to delete an empty category. As a test, I created a new categoy called “test”. After it was created, I then tried to delete the category from the admin panel. The message at the bottom states…

  “You don’t have permission to do that.”

  I am currently logged in as ‘admin’. Is this a bug or did something change?

  Same message for attempting to delete comments.
