Cannot Delete my website

  I was going to tool-delete website
  and it denied me
  saying the there are upgrades on their way and that I need first to cancel them
  however I do not have any

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
