Cannot delete or release a domain. Please help!

  Please help, I want to release and transfer my domain stephanielynnstevens.com but I cannot accomplish this task because it expired and there are no other options for this domain under “My Domains.” Either I need the Domain deleted from this account and released back into the wild, or released to me with an EPP code. Please help!!! I would prefer an EPP code.
