Cannot delete site

  I am trying to remove website, after clicking button I am getting information that ‘Premium Upgrades
  You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’ when I go there there is nothing to cancel

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Premium themes can’t be deleted by self, you would need staff assistance to delete it or transfer it to another account.
