Cannot delete site

    I want to delete my site but am unable to. Please advise.

    Hi there,

    This is because your site used to have plugins installed on our Business Plan.

    Before you can delete the site, we must first revert it back to how it was before you installed plugins. This also has a risk that all content added to the site since them will be lost, so please confirm if you want us to proceed.

    Yes, that is fine – you may proceed.

    The thing is that we have a domain – http://www.txkl.fr – that we are trying to detach from the WordPress site, but so far, we have had no luck.
    This domain is managed by IONOS. We have redirected to a new domain (www.txkl.info) with no luck (we’re in talks with their teams), and thus need to make sure the WordPress situation isn’t the source of the issue.

    Could you please weigh in on what might be the issue?

    Because our website is now on a different platform, you may do what you need to do help resolve the problem.

    The site has been reverted to a free site and can now be deleted following https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

    The domain txkl.fr is neither registered nor hosted here, so any problems linking it to the new site would need to be worked out with the domain registrar and hosting provider’s support.
