Cannot delete site

    It seems our site has ‘paid upgrade’ but we do not see any in the purchases section – can you kindly enable deletion of our site permanently?

    Hi there,

    So this is in regard to foreseeti279584678.wordpress.com which is under your account and there is no upgrade under your account. However, the upgrade (foreseeti.com) is connected to a different account, joeltjarnstigg.

    You’ll want to log into that WordPress.com account and cancel the upgrade from that account. Then, you’ll be able to delete the site from your account.
