Cannot delete site as unable to cancel previous premium upgradges

    I need to delete this site, but cannot do this as when trying to delete I am prompted that I need to cancel premium upgrades. When directed to premium upgrades, there are no longer any premium upgrades to cancel, so I am stuck in a loop…

    Hi there,

    You are unable to delete the site because the domain mapping subscription for
    colchestertouristguidesassociation.co.uk is still connected to the blog and you cannot see it because it is associated with another user on the blog.

    You’ll need to contact them and have them remove that subscription before being able to delete the site.
