Cannot delete site because of an old premium theme

When i try to delete it tells me i need to cancel premium theme purchase but there is no option.
The message is clearly meant to validate against the premium service, this theme was bought years before that existed. How am i supposed to cancel a purchase made 5 years ago?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your situation requires staff assistance, so I will flag your post for staff by adding the modlook tag. It is correct that you must delete any upgrades you have for a site before you can delete the site itself.

The support doc seems to leave open the possibility that you may not always find the upgrade you wish to delete. If that is your circumstance, staff can assist.
