Cannot Delete Site, Cannot login WooCommerce App

I am lost. I had my WooCommerce App working on my phone. THEN I changed my Domain. That created a cascade of failures I still have not recovered from. I keep getting Site Errors on the App. So I delete the App. Then I delete my website and start over. Then I delete sites from my WordPress account. Then I switch hosts. Now I have to CLOSE MY WORDPRESS account to get rid of the SITE I DON’T WANT so I can finally start over with a CLEAN site, CLEAN wordpress.com account and finally reinstall the WooCommerce app and get it working. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! Isn’t there a simpler way to do this? Why does wordpress only allow ONE site, and why does it throw DUPLICATE errors?
WHAT URL DO I USE TO LOGIN ON THE APP? Originally I just put the Site, somehow I got in. But the site needs /wp-admin to login to the back end. Or is it /wp-login.php? This is SO CONFUSING.

That is not the blog I need help with. I threw that in my host, so I can confuse WordPress and get the NEW SITE ADDED when I finally start over again. What is JetPack having to do with this?
I just think WordPress hates me, I have never had any success with this platform :-(

Hi @dunriteclub, that sounds like quite the avalanche, sorry! When you changed the site address, did you use these steps?
https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/If possible, please work with your host to fix that, first. Then if you have any software or connections associated with the old address, you may need to redo those.
