Cannot Delete site due to Purchased Theme, Theme won't delete

  Hello,

  I purchased a theme for my blog that never expires, but while trying to delete my site, found that it is blocking this action. When I try to manage the purchase, I don’t see the ability to delete the theme. Can you please have the theme removed from my account so I can delete the site and my account?

  You’ll need staff assistance to remove that theme, but they’ll need to know what site to remove it from.

  Let us know what site it is on and then add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for their attention.

  Hi @unknownn2017, we can do that. Please note you won’t be able to use that theme again, and we cannot give you a refund for it at this point. Also, once you delete the site, you will not be able to use that address again, either. If you’ll confirm you understand all of that, I’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you.

  Another alternative is to simply make the site private so you can use it and its theme again when you’re ready.
