Cannot delete site or account

  Hi, I want to delete my site and my account, however there are a few problems. I already canceled my plan and when I try to delete my website it says “user cannot delete jetpack site via API”, the AI assistant obviously doesn’t help. With the site remaining active I also cannot delete my account. Can somebody help? Thanks.

  Hi there! I have looked into this and you should now be able to delete the site and close your account. Please let us know if you still run into issues while trying to close your account.
